FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of the upper structure of a railway track, in particular to devices for controlling the rolling stock derailment and to methods for its installation in a working position. The device includes an electrical circuit mounted on a dielectric platform with detachable connections. The circuit consists of U-shaped sensors. Sensors are made of a metal plate, installed perpendicular to the direction of movement of trains and interconnected by flexible jumpers. In sensor racks, there are zones of expected destruction with forces exceeding normalized values. The platform is made solid of non-conductive material with at least one rib. The rib runs along the axis of the platform. The center of gravity of inner sensors is shifted closer to the same stiffness rib relatively to the longitudinal axis of the platform. During installation, the device is brought into the inter-sleeper space, and the platform is attached to a sleeper.
EFFECT: reliability of the device is increased.
