FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to transplantation of autologous haemopoietic stem cells of peripheral blood. Method involves preparation and storage of autologous haemopoietic peripheral blood stem cells in the form of a leucolayer suspended in a multicomponent anticoagulant solution, with no air access at (+3)–(+ 5) °C for 3–6 days with subsequent reinfusion.
EFFECT: invention allows excluding cell freezing during storage.
