FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiac surgery, and can be used in the diagnosis of thrombotic formations in the left ventricle in the presence of an aneurysm in the course of coronary artery bypass grafting. To do this, a hole is formed in the ascending aorta using the Aortic punch tool; a thoracoscopic port with a diameter of 5 mm is installed in the resulting hole, through which an endovideo camera is inserted, it is passed behind the aortic valve cusps into the left ventricle; after that, a revision of the cavity of the left ventricle, subvalvular structures of the mitral valve is made for the presence of thrombotic formations; next, the opening in the aorta is used to form the proximal anastomosis of the coronary artery bypass graft.
EFFECT: method provides safe visualization of the endocardium of the left ventricle and the presence of thrombotic masses in it, including planar thrombi and small thrombi, which are difficult to detect during echocardiography, due to low-traumatic access through the aorta using the Aortic punch tool, which avoids additional traumatization of the left stomach or aorta.
