FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, hepatology, and can be used in diagnosing cholestatic syndrome. For this purpose, contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination is conducted, determining 2 criteria. The first criterion is the presence of hypocontrast "cases" with a size up to 10 mm around the bile ducts with heterogeneous contrast foci with a size up to 3 mm in this zone. The second criterion is the determined difference in the maximum contrast intensity in the periductal zones and the adjacent unchanged liver parenchyma (Δ) based on the original calculating formula. The presence of the 2 criteria reliably indicates the presence of cholestatic syndrome, and the absence of the criteria or the presence of only one of them indicates the absence of cholestatic syndrome, respectively.
EFFECT: method ensures diagnostics of cholestatic syndrome in the early stages of liver disease while simultaneously eliminating invasiveness, being simple and safe in use, and provides a possibility of dynamic monitoring of the course of the disease.
