FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ultrasound diagnostics and oncourology, and can be used for differential diagnosis of mass lesions of the prostate gland during ultrasound with contrast enhancement. Therefore an ultrasound contrast agent is introduced to the patient intravenously and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination is performed, areas of interest are determined. The process of the absorption and excretion rate of the ultrasound contrast agent is recorded. At least one reflected echo signal intensity/time since the beginning of research relationship curve is plotted. The value of the accumulation angle of the ultrasound contrast agent is determined according to the plotted curve, and the presence or absence of malignant mass lesion of the peripheral area of the prostate is diagnosed based of the obtained value. The obtained value of the accumulation angle of the ultrasound contrast agent is compared with the angle β = 67.5° to diagnose the presence or absence of malignant mass lesion of the peripheral area of the prostate gland. At the value of the angle of accumulation of β≥67.5°, a malignant mass lesion of the peripheral area of the prostate gland is diagnosed. At the value of the accumulation angle of β<67.5°, the absence of malignant mass lesion of the peripheral area of the prostate gland is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides accuracy and objective differential diagnostics of mass lesions of the peripheral area of the pancreas by creating a new criterion for quantitative estimation of mass lesion perfusion by plotting time-intensity curves and calculating the accumulation angle during CEUS.
