SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fixing the tension of elastic elements of a block bow. The device for fixing the tension of elastic elements of the block bow contains a hooking device for mounting on blocks of tension pulleys of the bow and a hooking lock for mounting at ends of a non-deformable bow body. The hooking device and the hooking lock are made with the possibility of their sequential hooking and unhooking, when blocks of tension pulleys rotate in the same angular direction of tension of free ends of elastic elements of the block bow. The hooking device is equipped with a hook and a release. The hooking lock is equipped with a lock fixator stopper.

EFFECT: reduction in the fatigue of a shooter and increase in the accuracy of throwing arrows is achieved by fixing and maintaining elastic elements of the block bow in a stretched position for a long time before firing without using hands.
