SUBSTANCE: device relates to measuring technology and can be used in radar and radiophotonics. The claimed device for determining the Doppler measurement of the frequency of the reflected radar signal contains a laser, an optical disconnector, a block of electro-optical modulators, a fiber Bragg array, an optical unifier and a photodetector, an electronic vector circuit analyzer. The block of electro-optical modulators consists of sequentially connected single-port amplitude and phase modulators. An additional block of electro-optical modulators is introduced into the device, consisting of sequentially connected single-port amplitude and phase modulators.

EFFECT: reduction in the error of determining the Doppler frequency measurement.
