SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology, laboratory diagnostics, virology and epidemiology and aims at genotyping enterovirus by sequencing 1A-1B genome. Viral RNA is recovered, cDNA is obtained, which is used as a matrix in the reaction of "half-embedded" polymerase chain reaction. Genotyping of detected enteroviruses is performed by a method of comparative analysis of sequences obtained after amplicon sequencing, with sequences of genomes of enteroviruses from an international database of genetic data.
EFFECT: invention provides developing a more sensitive method of enterovirus genotyping.
