METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE DEGREE OF DAMAGE TO ELEVATOR SILOS MADE OF MONOLITHIC REINFORCED CONCRETE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G01N25/72 G01M3/32

Abstract RU 2774726 C1

FIELD: elevator silos damage degree determination.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining the degree of damage to the elevator silos made of monolithic reinforced concrete is characterized by the fact that a compressor is installed on the grain loading hatch of an empty external silo, with the help of which an excess pressure of 200-500 Pa is created inside the empty silo with atmospheric air, the air supply is stopped so that there is no reverse air flow , measure the time during which the air pressure inside the silo is reduced by 50% of the originally created, and if this time is equal to or more than 40 s, then the silo is sealed, if the specified time is less than 40 s, then to determine the degree of damage and find the places of damage to the silo, an overpressure of 200-500 Pa is re-injected with atmospheric air heated by 10-15°C, then the outer surface of the outer walls of the silo is examined using thermal imaging equipment , a thermographic report is obtained, according to which the maximum and minimum temperatures are set on the surface of the outer walls of the silo housing of the elevator and the difference in these temperatures determines the location and degree of damage to the outer wall of the outer silo of the elevator.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the accuracy of determining the degree of damage to the silo body of an elevator made of monolithic reinforced concrete, to reduce the duration of the test and to reduce labor intensity.
