FIELD: flour-elevator industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the flour-elevator industry and is used to control the release of grain from the silos of the elevator. The essence of the method is as follows. A stationary thermal suspension is installed in the silo of the elevator to control the temperature of the grain mass, in which digital temperature sensors with a sensitivity of ±0,1°С are installed at a distance of 1-5 m from each other. In the upper part of the silo above the grain mass, a temperature sensor with a sensitivity of ±0,1°С is installed at a distance of 1-2 m from the thermal suspension mounting flange. The stationary thermal suspension sensors measure the air temperatures of the intergranular space at different heights in the silo, and the sensor near the thermal suspension flange measures the air temperature inside the silo above the grain mass. Further, according to the temperature difference between the sensors of the thermal suspension and the temperature of the sensor installed above the grain mass near the flange of the thermal suspension, the presence of grain in the silo, the uniformity of filling the silo with the grain mass and the fact of grain release are recorded.

EFFECT: invention increases the duration of measurements and reducing labor intensity.
