FIELD: chemical processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing samples of powdered and whole milk, and can be used to identify chemical pollutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, pesticides, and antibiotics. Method for preparing samples of whole and powdered milk to further identify chemical pollutants therein, based on liquid-liquid microextraction of pollutants using an extractant capable of extracting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, pesticides, and antibiotics from whole and powdered milk, wherein deep eutectic solvents are used as an extractant, produced directly in the process of alkaline hydrolysis of fats of the sample while heating 1 ml of whole milk or 100 mg of powdered milk at 80°С with 2.5 cm3 of a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 3 mol/dm3 for 15 minutes and consecutively adding 2.5 cm3 of a hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration of 4 mol/dm3, and 100 to 300 mg of a terpenoid.
EFFECT: high degree of extraction of analytes from samples of powdered and whole milk, as well as elimination of use of toxic organic solvents.
