SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in industry, heat power engineering, public utilities, agriculture, medicine, household, transport and other industries where a qualitative change in the physical properties of liquids is required. For the treatment of liquids, a device (A1) consisting of a pulse generator (A2) and an oscillatory circuit (A3) connected to it, the inductance (L) of which emits an alternating electromagnetic field used for the treatment of liquid media as a result of exposure to the oscillatory circuit (A3) by DC pulses from the pulse generator (A2), is used. To increase the efficiency of liquid treatment, feedback from the oscillatory circuit to the key element of the pulse generator (A2) has been introduced into the device circuit (A1).
EFFECT: obtaining a more powerful alternating electromagnetic field with a higher penetrating ability in liquids, which leads to an increase in the efficiency of liquid processing.
