FIELD: lifting/lowering devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting/lowering and preventing a person from falling when performing work on power transmission towers. The device contains a rigid anchor line (RAL) 1 from a profile with guide elements 2 interconnected by a jumper 3, pedals 4 installed by means of rollers 5, covering the guide elements 2 with the possibility of longitudinal movement along them, a locking unit 6 for each pedal 4, a safety knot 7 with the carriage 8 mounted on the RAL 1 with the possibility of longitudinal movement and locking relative to the RAL 1. The guide elements 2 are made in the form of C-shaped parts of the bent profile in cross section, with the formation of a Σ-shaped cross section of the RAL profile.
EFFECT: manufacturability of the device is improved by simplifying the profile and ensuring that it is made flexible from a sheet; invention ensures reliable positioning and guidance of the rollers and locking of each pedal.
