SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural elements of rescue devices. Rigid anchor line for preventing a person from falling during lifting, lowering, horizontal movement on high-rise structures comprises longitudinal-vertical and transverse guides, which can be fixed on a load-carrying high-rise structure, said sections are composed of series connected profile sections with fastening part and working part composed by profile flanges. Transverse guide is formed from sections of profile with U-shaped fastening part, and flanges of its working part, located on both sides of fastening part, are connected to each other by stiffening rib.

EFFECT: improvement of reliability and convenience in operation due to possibility of human movement both in vertical and horizontal directions.
