FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the deposition of a material layer to metal substrate for solid oxide elements, such as fuel elements or high-temperature electrolytic cells, as well as to metal substrate obtained by such a method. The deposition method provides the application of a protective layer of ceramic material to metal substrates having a complex geometrical shape, such as metal connecting parts of fuel elements.
EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous application of a set of material layers without the need for masking a part and without compulsory intermediate movement operations, application of layers with high resolution only to the surface, which should be coated, to reduce material loss, protection of metal material from high-temperature oxidation, protection from evaporation or diffusion of elements released by metal, which makes up a connecting part.
