FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a medicinal solution injector. The medicinal solution injector contains a case having an upper end equipped with a hole for a button; a bolus reservoir connected to a bypass line for a medicinal solution to store the medicinal solution from an inlet side and release the stored medicinal solution to an outlet side, and located inside the case; a bolus button containing a button movably inserted into the hole for the button with the possibility of being moved up and down, and a pressure rod extending downward from the button and made with the possibility of pressing on the bolus reservoir to ensure that the medicinal solution flows out of the bolus reservoir, when the button is moved down; and a bolus injection counter made with the possibility of triggering from a force, with which the button is moved down, and counting a number of bolus injections according to the manipulation of the bolus button. Moreover, the bolus injection counter contains a counting disk mounted with the possibility of being rotated on the outer circumference of the pressure rod; the first gears located on the upper surface of the counting disk with a predetermined angular interval in the circumferential direction, each of which has the first inclined surface inclined in the circumferential direction; at least one second gear provided on the lower surface of a locking flange, having the second inclined surface corresponding to the first inclined surface, and made so that when the second gear is moved down, the second inclined surface is brought into contact with the first inclined surface to cause rotation of the counting disk; an elastic element transmitting elastic force to the counting disk to allow the counting disk to be moved up; an intermediate part protruding above the height of the first gears from a peripheral section of the counting disk and made so that when the counting disk is moved upward by means of the elastic element, the intermediate part is brought into contact with the lower surface of the upper end of the case to force the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface corresponding to each other to be located at a distance from each other; guide gears located on the outer surface of the counting disk in the circumferential direction with a predetermined angular interval, each of which has the first guide surface formed on its upper section with an inclination in the same circumferential direction as the first inclined surface; and a guide made so that a guide groove is provided on the inner circumference of the case, into which at least one of guide gears is inserted, when the counting disk is moved upward by means of the elastic element, and the second guide surface corresponding to the first guide surface is formed on its lower section. In this case, when the counting disk is moved downward by means of the bolus button, the counting disk is rotated by a partial angle from a predetermined angle as a result of the interaction of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface corresponding to each other, and when the counting disk is moved upward by means of the elastic element, the counting disk is rotated by an angle remaining from the predetermined angle as a result of the interaction of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface to a position, in which the second inclined surface corresponds to the other, the first inclined surface adjacent to it.
EFFECT: obtaining a medicinal solution injector.
