FIELD: static mixing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to static mixing devices, and can be used for mechanical effects of different physical nature on the structure of a liquid medium, and is intended for mixing, homogenization and directed activation of the properties of these liquid media. The device consists of four series-connected mixer modules, articulated with each other by a threaded connection, constituting the body of the device, ending with an end cap, which has a cone-shaped recess for forming a flow at the outlet. The mixer has an inlet for liquid in the form of a nozzle with a tangential inlet. In the first mixer module, two screw elements with opposite winding are installed inside, and the internal screw element is installed inside the external screw element, and a cylindrical rod also passes in the internal screw element. After the screw elements, a partition is installed in the housing, having channels, the centers of the inlet holes of which are located in the gap between the turns of the screw elements. The second mixer module is an intermediate chamber. The last mixer module contains a mixing element composed of crossed lattices. The modular static mixer-activator is equipped with an inlet cover with three tangential inlets. In the first mixer module, after the screw elements, there is a partition in the housing with channels, followed by an intermediate chamber between the first and third mixer modules, the partition also has a threaded connection with a cylindrical rod, with which the gap between the housing of the first mixer module and the cone part of the rod is adjusted, the third ultrasonic mixer module has a cone-shaped recess, turning into a rectangular nozzle, behind it there is a resonant oscillatory element - a plate, the body of the third mixer module has a groove for mounting the resonant oscillatory element, the fourth mixer module is equipped with the same type of gratings having three grooves at an angle of 120 °, and clamping spring.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of mixing and homogenization, structuring and activation of liquid media.
