FIELD: separation treatment plants.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is a separation treatment plant for pressure and transportation of gaseous products through pipelines. The technical substance of the invention for the installation lies in the fact that the initial pressure gas flow is subjected to two-stage separation in a cylindrical housing, connected coaxially with the pipeline. Inside the body there is a modular insert with a smaller diameter in relation to the body, but equal to it in length, while between the body and the modular insert an annular gap is formed, which serves to collect the separated liquid phase and impurities during separation cleaning of the tangentially swirling with the help of two-stage bladed swirlers. At the same time, the internal space of the modular cylindrical insert is divided into three sections, of which in the first two sections (A) and (B) there are sequentially placed tangential-axial swirlers in the form of guide vanes, symmetrically installed along a conical generatrix with an angle of inclination of the blades to the axial one, with in this case, the input and output ends of the blades are fixed in the sleeve by means of mounting grids mounted on the inner surface of the cylindrical generatrix of the modular cylindrical insert. The output of the separated liquid phase and impurities from the first two sections after the first stage of separation is carried out through holes in the lower half of the cylindrical generatrix of the modular insert into the first zone of the annular space, and the channel for removing the liquid phase and impurities of the second degree of separation is carried out into the second zone of the annular space, and in the third section (C) of the separation of the modular insert - through through rectangular windows placed on the lower half of the cylindrical surface. At the same time, helical ribs and openings with an equal cross section of rectangular windows are placed opposite the through rectangular windows on the entire half of the lower generatrix of the cylindrical surface. Separated liquid phase and impurities are removed from the annular space of the first and second zones into separate storage tanks by means of branch pipes and shut-off valves placed on them, followed by their removal from the storage tanks outside the tank for processing.
