FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved method for the reactive separation of organic molecules from biomass, including a reaction stage for biomass, which includes contact of biomass with a base, while biomass is obtained from agricultural products, a stage of simultaneous extraction, using a solvent, where the solvent includes aliphatic alcohol, and a filtration stage for the extraction of products, where products contain ferulic acid ester, coumaric acid ester, ferulic acid, coumaric acid or any combination of these compounds, and fatty acid ester, and removal of fatty acid ester from products by liquid-liquid extraction to obtain a purified liquid product containing coumaric acid ester, ferulic acid ester, ferulic acid, coumaric acid or any combination of these compounds, while for liquid-liquid extraction, an organic solvent containing pentane, hexane, heptane, cyclohexane, benzene, toluene, diethyl ether or mixtures thereof is used.
EFFECT: obtaining a purified liquid product containing coumaric acid ester, ferulic acid ester, ferulic acid, coumaric acid or any combination of these compounds.
