SUBSTANCE: present invention proposes methods for the production of substituted 1-[4-(pyridine-2-iloxy)-cyclohexyl]-5,6-dihydro-4H-2,3,5,10b-tetraaza-benzo[e]azulenes. A method for the synthesis of a compound of the formula I includes a reaction of a compound of the formula II with a compound of the formula VI.
EFFECT: obtaining 8-chlor-5-methyl-1-[4-(2-pyridyloxy)cyclohexyl]-4,6-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]benzodiazepine in a more economical way, with a smaller number of method stages, under moderate reaction conditions and with a good yield; in addition, unpurified intermediate products can be usually used at following reaction stages without the need for additional purification stages.
