SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for transporting goods between unloading and loading sites by generating a lifting force using high-altitude wind to lift and move the load. The invention can be used for loading/unloading ships and concerns, in particular, the loading/unloading of heavy cargo from a ship to land or, conversely, by raising a shell filled with gas, which is lighter than air, to a certain height where wind power can be used. A method for transporting goods using lifting force includes filling the shell with a gas that is lighter than air, generating a lifting force to lift and move the load in vertical and horizontal directions by suspending it with a lifting rope to the shell and controlling tensile ropes going from the shell to the attachment points, for moving the transported cargo while controlling the tension force in the places where the ropes are fastened. At the same time, a shell having a wing profile is launched from the loading platform to a height of at least a kilometer. An additional lifting force is generated using the high-altitude wind force, and when the tension force of the ropes reaches more than the weight of the transported cargo, the height of the shell is increased, lifting the cargo by shifting the force to the lifting rope attached to the transported cargo. In this case, a separate rope attached to the loading area is used for horizontal movement of the transported cargo using the force applied to the rope, and lowering the load to the unloading area is carried out by reducing the height of the balloon using tensile ropes.
