SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for maintenance and repair of equipment, in particular, to devices for flushing of hydraulic system and cleaning of working hydraulic fluid. Device for flushing hydraulic system and cleaning working hydraulic fluid comprises a hydraulic fluid tank, fluid pressure source, hydraulic accumulator and actuating valve with its control mechanism for periodic connection of fluid pressure source and hydraulic accumulator to flushing and cleaning system, at that, the flushing and cleaning system is formed by the hydraulic working fluid pumping line into the tank, the hydraulic working fluid cleaning line, the serviced machine hydraulic system flushing line, wherein the hydraulic fluid tank, having a volume corresponding to the volume of the hydraulic system of the serviced machine, is made of a collapsible metal frame and a flexible waterproofing material with an inner surface, providing elimination of impurities release into working hydraulic fluid in contact with it, transfer line made with possibility of servicing machine hydraulic system connection with hydraulic fluid tank, contains three three-position valves connected using high-pressure hoses, a coarse filter and a fluid pressure source, wherein two three-position valves are connected in series before coarse filter, and third is connected after fluid pressure source, hydraulic working fluid purification line, made with possibility of hydraulic working fluid passage from the hydraulic fluid tank back into the tank, contains a fine filter and a working fluid purity control device with a safety valve, wherein the hydraulic working fluid purification line is configured to be connected through the three-position valve to the coarse filter and the pumping line fluid pressure source, through three-position valve to fine filter and through three-position valves to working fluid purity control device, wherein the cleaning line is made with the possibility of passing the hydraulic working fluid using the three-position valves through the working fluid purity control device, and bypassing it, flushing line of hydraulic system of serviced machine is made with possibility of hydraulic working fluid flow from tank for hydraulic fluid back into tank through hydraulic system of serviced machine and connected to cleaning line using three-position valve, wherein flushing line is made with possibility of hydraulic working fluid flow under action of fluid pressure source through coarse filter, an actuating valve communicating with a hydraulic accumulator configured to provide the required flushing pressure, hydraulic system of the serviced machine into the working fluid tank, bypassing the working fluid purity control device.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a device for flushing the hydraulic system and cleaning the working hydraulic fluid, which ensures quality control of the cleaned working hydraulic fluid, as well as providing the possibility of its use as part of mobile maintenance and repair equipment in field conditions.
