SUBSTANCE: first transmission power is set for the first uplink channel based on channel priority of the first uplink channel, channel priority of the first physical random access channel (hereinafter – PRACH) and channel priority of the second PRACH. In this case, the first uplink channel contains at least one of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). The first time domain resource, at which the first uplink channel is located, the second time domain resource, at which the first PRACH is located, and the third time domain resource, at which the second PRACH is located, are overlapped. Channel priority of the second PRACH is higher than channel priority of the first uplink channel, channel priority of the first uplink channel is higher than channel priority of the first PRACH, and the first transmission power is more than 0. A terminal device sends the first uplink channel with the first transmission power.

EFFECT: improvement of performance at limited transmission power.
