SUBSTANCE: before the operation, a patient is provided with the inhalation with a heated helium-oxygen mixture at normal barometric pressure and antibacterial prevention, using parenteral systemic antibacterial drugs selected, taking into account a microbiological research. Then, irrigation therapy with local analgesics, glucocorticosteroids and antiseptics is carried out intraoperatively at the final stage of surgical intervention. Next, in the postoperative period, inhalation antibacterial therapy is carried out, as well as inhalation with the heated helium-oxygen mixture at normal barometric pressure. An antibiotic therapy course is also carried out, using parenteral systemic antibacterial drugs selected in the preoperative period, as well as monitoring of SpO2, a gas composition of arterial blood, cytological research of a cell composition of a postoperative wound, examination of the wound appearance for the presence and character of detachment.

EFFECT: method allows for the correction of breathing disorders in the perioperative period in patients with chronical cicatricial stenosis of the larynx and cervical trachea, increase in oxygenation of tissues, reduction in a number of postoperative purulent-inflammatory complications, stimulation of a process of postoperative regeneration of soft tissues, and reduction in a patient’s rehabilitation period.
