FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultra high frequency equipment. Proposed to realise the technical result is a digital ultra high frequency amplifier module consisting of low-frequency and high-frequency parts, whereof each is located in a separate body. Located in the bodies are a ultra high frequency signal amplification apparatus including a microstrip discrete phase inverter, a first amplification stage, a second amplification stage, a circulator, and an amplification stage of the amplifying module (UKUM) estimating the reflected and output pulse power of the amplifying module, calculating the VSWR path, evaluating the temperature regime of the output amplification stage of the module, disconnecting the output amplification stage when the set VSWR value is exceeded, transmitting the control data of the amplifying module to a higher-level control and monitoring apparatus, includes a voltage stabiliser, differential signal receivers, an RS-485 differential transceiver, a reference voltage generator, a control signal buffer, a microcontroller, scaling amplifiers.
EFFECT: increase in the performance coefficient, reduction in the probability of self-excitation of the ultra high frequency signal amplification apparatus, increase in the reliability, improvement in the weight and size characteristics.
