FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the surgical treatment of fresh and long-standing tendon injuries. The damaged ends of the tendon, proximal and distal, are sutured with a four-core suture, during which, in the plane of the proximal section of the tendon from the lateral side of the tendon, retreating from the edge by 2 mm, the needle is inserted, the tendon is sutured with the needle exit 2.5 cm above the cut zone on the lateral surface of the tendon. Then, retreating 2 mm from the needle exit to the tendon cut at an angle of 45° to its axis, the needle is inserted and the tendon sutured parallel to its axis with the needle exit into the cut plane. Next, the needle is inserted in the distal part of the tendon opposite the exit point of the thread on the proximal part of the tendon and a U-shaped intra-trunk suture is performed at a distance of 1.5 cm from the cut plane. Then the medial side of the proximal part of the tendon is sutured mirror to the lateral part of the tendon. Then, in the distal section, the needle is inserted opposite the exit point of the thread on the proximal section of the tendon, where the thread runs parallel to the axis of the tendon, the needle is removed at a distance of 2.5 cm distal from the tendon cut on the medial side of the tendon. Then, retreating 2 mm from the exit, down and to the center of the tendon, at an angle to its axis of 45°, the needle is inserted with its exit through 0.5 cm to the lateral surface. Further from the exit point of the needle, its entrance is performed at an angle of 45° to the axis of the tendon, retreating 2 mm proximal and lateral to the exit point, the needle exit is performed in a cut at a distance of 2 mm from the edge. After removing both ends of the thread from the lateral edge of the tendon, the thread is tightened and tied together, eliminating diastasis; the knot is immersed deep into the tendon.
EFFECT: method provides strength, prevents thread eruption, and also reduces the amount of suture material on the surface of the restored tendon by conducting threads along the surface of the tendon trunk with the capture of a small part of the fibers.
