FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems and methods for improving human motor ability, as well as to determination of human competence to treat motor function. System comprises a device for controlled application of force to a part of the body during an exercise performed by a person and a sensor system for tracking training sessions of the exercise. Sensor system generates first measurement data relating to errors and second measurement data characterizing the adaptive response of the individual to the applied force. Force controller controls the operation of the force application device in accordance with the operating data so that the applied force includes an interfering force component, for which there provided is application of forces increasing errors, determined in accordance with the specified range of the error control profile. Force setting data is determined based on the data relating to the individual. Data on force adjustment characterize maximum value of applied force for limitation of forces of increase of errors of the specified profile of error regulation, connected with the performed exercise. First and second measurement data are analyzed to adjust the range of the error control profile and its maximum parameter of the applied force. Generating operating data for the effect of the forces of increasing errors within the range of the error control profile until, until a predetermined condition of the second measurement data is identified, which characterizes the adaptation response of the person to the applied forces of increasing errors. When determining the competence of a person to treat a motor function, the error-related data are measured with reference to the exercise by the person without application of error adjustment forces and with application of error adjustment forces. Average error values are determined for the exercise without application of error adjustment forces and with application of error adjustment forces. Competence is determined on the basis of ratio between average values of errors, determined for execution of exercise with forces of error adjustment and without forces of error adjustment.
EFFECT: enabling adaptive construction of an error control protocol for a specific patient to match the protocol with specific characteristics and capabilities of the patient using a motor therapy system.
