FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of human rehabilitation after surgery, namely to methods of rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery by kinesitherapeutic treatment using machine vision. Disclosed is a method of rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery, including postoperative rehabilitation measures, selection of therapeutic exercises recommended for knee joint rehabilitation in the form of weight-bearing exercises. After that, formed complexes of therapeutic exercises are transmitted to client application of patient, wherein the therapeutic exercises are performed by the patient in front of a video camera connected to a client application, where the therapeutic exercises on the knee joint are performed in three degrees of freedom of the knee joint. In the client application, a video sequence is formed, in which the image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at reference points, thereafter, the angular displacements of the support point of the knee joint of a person during therapeutic exercises are evaluated and the obtained angular displacements are compared with the angular displacements of the human knee joint of the individual norm of angular values of the knee joint opening. At the same time, the patient is informed about the errors or the patient is given a signal to terminate the exercises, wherein after every 15 sessions of performing the complex of exercises on the knee joint, distributed over the days, repeated functional diagnostics is performed to monitor the dynamics of the personal norm, and addition of weight load is permissible only with increase of personal norm of knee joint functionality by more than 50% or after 6 months of regular exercises.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective rehabilitation of patients after knee replacement surgery, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of diseases.
