SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals and can be used for treating a disease or condition selected from fatty liver, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with liver fibrosis, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with liver cirrhosis, and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with liver cirrhosis and with hepatocellular carcinoma or with a metabolic disease. Proposed is a pharmaceutical composition for treating the above diseases, including (S)-2-(5-((3-ethoxypyridine-2-yl)oxy)pyridine-3-yl)-N-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yl)pyrimidine-5-carboxamide or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof in combination at least with 4-(4-(1-isopropyl-7-oxo-1,4,6,7-tetrahydrospiro[indazole-5,4'-piperidine]-1'-carbonyl)-6-methoxypyridine-2-yl)benzoic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, each compound in a therapeutically effective amount, mixed with a pharmacologically acceptable excipient. The group of inventions also relates to methods for treating said diseases, including the administration of a therapeutically effective amount of the above compounds.
