FIELD: material processing.
SUBSTANCE: fastening element of a cutting tool has an axis of rotation, and it is made with the possibility of fastening together two elements of the cutting tool and setting a path for fluid between them, simultaneously providing an angular and rotary displacement between them. The fastening element contains a head with at least one head hole for fluid output, and a case, which passes from the head and has a case hole for input of fluid to be outputted through the specified head hole. The head has a spherical thrust surface of the head with a lower spherical sealing zone of the surface. At least part of the spherical thrust surface of the head faces the case, and the head hole is opened to the spherical thrust surface of the head. The lower spherical sealing zone of the surface is located in the axial direction between the case and the head hole.
EFFECT: supply of fluid to a processing zone, including under high pressure, is achieved.
