SUBSTANCE: cutting plate has top surface, bottom surface and peripheral lateral surface running there between and comprising opposite front and rear surfaces and opposite lateral surfaces, first cutting edge formed at intersection of front part of top surface with rear surface made on front part of top surface, with rear surfaces made on top part of front surface, and locking groove made on intersection between rear part of top surface and top part of rear surface with bearing arc-like surface running over rear surface width on top view for being locked by clamp screw intended for locking cutting plate in case without arranging clamp screw inside cutting plate. Cutting tool comprises body with clamping part including base jaw with thrust surface and threaded hole arranged nearby said base jaw to make integral part and provided with clamping surface opposed to bottom part of base jaw thrust surface, and cutting plate arranged between clamp jaw and base jaw.
