FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a cell line containing a gene stably integrated into its genome, encoding tetracycline repressor (Tet-R), under control of CAG promotor. A method for the production of infectious viral particles is also disclosed, providing the use of cells of the above-mentioned cell line.
EFFECT: invention is effective for the production of infectious viral particles.
