SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication means of high-speed railways based on a technology of power line communication. The system uses a set of ground base stations located along a line, a pantograph-contact network system located above a high-speed railway train, and different mobile terminals worn by passengers of high-speed railways, wherein adjacent ground base stations are connected and perform communication via a cable, the ground base station is directly connected to a power line of the high-speed railway contact network via the cable. The power line of the high-speed railway contact network is connected to the pantograph in the upper part of the high-speed railway train, the pantograph is connected to a communication device by means of visible light, and the communication device, by means of visible light, is connected via wireless communication to different mobile terminals worn by passengers of high-speed railways.

EFFECT: increase in the safety and reliability of communication quality is achieved.
