SUBSTANCE: options of a method for the determination of the risk of development of toxicity in an individual are proposed, including the analysis of a number of cells expressing a recombinant receptor in a blood sample of an individual, which was previously administered with a dose of cells expressing a recombinant receptor. The individual is at risk of development of toxicity, if the number of the specified cells in the blood sample is at least about 2 cells per microliter after no more than four days after the administration. The individual is also at risk of development of toxicity, if the number of the specified cells in the blood sample is at least about 5 or 10 cells per microliter after no more than five or six days after the administration. The individual is also at risk of development of toxicity, if the number of the specified cells in the blood sample is at least about 15 cells per microliter after no more than seven days after the administration.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of reduction in the risk of toxicity of T-cell therapy methods, while maintaining the efficiency of administered cells in an individual.
