SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of adoptive cell therapy, including the injection of doses of cells for the treatment of some diseases and conditions, including certain B-cell malignant tumors. The invention relates to a method for treating a patient with CD19-expressing B-cell malignant tumor or suspected of having a CD19-expressing B-cell malignant tumor using adoptive immunotherapy. To implement this method of treatment, a dose of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells is injected into a patient in a plurality of separate compositions, namely the first composition, including one of CD4 + T-cells and CD8+ T-cells, and the second composition, including other CD4+ T-cells and CD8+ T-cells. Each of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells, individually, includes a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that binds to CD19. And the said CAR contained in CD4+ T-cells and in CD8+ T-cells is the same. In this case, the injection of the first composition and the second composition is carried out with an interval from about 0 to about 12 hours, with an interval from about 0 to about 6 hours, or with an interval from about 0 to about 2 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides improved approaches for the treatment of CD19-expressing B-cell cancers.
