FIELD: cell biology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of enriching CD4+- and CD8+-T-cells, which involves conducting in a closed CD4+-cell selection system and sampling CD8+-cells from a sample containing primary human T-cells, and combining said cells at a desired ratio of about 10:1 to 1:10. Also described is a method for producing genetically engineered T-cells, where T-cells are obtained using said method.
EFFECT: this group of inventions can be used in producing cells for adoptive therapy.
