FIELD: space technology.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to means and methods for maintenance of satellite systems of various purposes, mostly in the era of sufficiently developed industrialization of a near-earth and near-moon space. A space infrastructure contains on a base orbit (hereinafter – BO) close to a geostationary orbit (hereinafter – GSO) centers of repair, modification, production and assembly of elements and systems of space objects (hereinafter – SO), as well as means for maintenance of SO. These means include fast-rotating cable systems (hereinafter – CS) used for replacement of satellites, mostly on GSO, by a non-reactive method, as well as interorbital transport devices (hereinafter – ITD) for the delivery of the specified means to SO. ITD modules are also used for the adjustment of SO trajectories interacting with CS. Spent SO delivered to BO are used in the modification and production of new SO and/or their parts.

EFFECT: achievement of operational maintenance of SO on GSO and other orbits, provided by a high level of extraterrestrial production and technology activity, as well as partial use of non-reactive means (CS).
