FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space systems intended for maintenance of satellite systems of various applications (monitoring, navigation, communication, etc.). Proposed system comprises means doe servicing in location orbits, each with assigned maintenance area. This area represents a subset of the entire sets of satellites in their orbits serviced by this system in a definite time interval. Orbits and the number of satellites, in fact, vary in time. Location orbits and appropriate maintenance areas can be preselected (pre-evaluated) proceeding from forecast of satellite system evolution and optimum servicing conditions. Note here that said location orbits feature equal rates of angle line regression differing, in fact, in other parameters: inclination, larger axes, longitude of rising assy, etc. This factor facilitates the covering of multiple maintenance areas by minimum number of servicing means. The latter can be returned in location orbit after completion of satellite servicing.
EFFECT: maximum universality and optimum servicing for wide range of satellites.
