In order to reduce the delay, the terminal comprises a reception section configured to receive downstream control information DCI, one or more transmission power control (TPC) commands applied, accordingly, to the upstream transmission in one cell. The control section of the terminal is configured to apply TPC commands contained in a set of DCI, received, accordingly, in a set of cells, to control the upstream transmission power in a cell.

EFFECT: implementation of a highly reliable connection with a small signal propagation delay and signal processing delay.
