FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: insert for use with a glenosphere contains an insert case including the first surface, the second surface and the third surface. The first surface is made with the possibility of interaction with the bone. The second surface is located at a distance from the first surface, and it interacts with the first surface, limiting at least one first channel made with the possibility of reception of an element for attaching the insert to the bone. The third surface has the first end and the second end, each of which passes from the outer edge of the first surface. Between the first end of the surface and the second end of the surface, there is a curved section of the third surface, which enters the insert case, and a shape of which provides the possibility of its contact with the element of interaction with the bone. A cavity is formed in the insert case, including the first cavity hole limited by the first surface, and limiting the first cavity area and the second cavity area, each of which is the same in length with the third cavity area. The first cavity area and the second cavity area, each, have a diameter exceeding a diameter of a plate fixation element designed to attach the plate to the glenosphere. A system of shoulder joint prosthesis contains a plate, a glenosphere, and an insert. The plate is made with the possibility of attachment to a humerus section. The plate includes a plate case having the first plate surface and the second plate surface opposite to the first plate surface. The plate includes an element passing from the second plate surface and designed to attach the plate to the glenosphere. The plate is made with the possibility of reception of plate fixation elements made with the possibility of attachment of the plate to the humerus section. The glenosphere includes a case having the first surface and the spherical second surface. The first surface of the case includes an area of interaction with the insert and an area of interaction with the plate, made with the possibility of interaction with the specified element for attaching the plate to the glenosphere. The insert includes a case having the first insert surface, the second insert surface, and the third insert surface. The first insert surface is made with the possibility of interaction with the humerus. The second insert surface is made with the possibility of interaction with the specified area of interaction with the insert, available in the glenosphere. The third surface has the first end and the second end, each of which passes from the outer edge of the first surface, and between the first end of the surface and the second end of the surface, there is a curved section of the third surface that enters the insert case, and the shape of which provides the possibility of its contact with the element of interaction with the bone, connected to the plate.
EFFECT: inventions increase the efficiency of surgery of shoulder joint replacement.
