SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to an isolated heterodimer containing the first polypeptide with SEQ ID NO: 53 or 54 and the second polypeptide with SEQ ID NO: 51 or 52; it can be used in medicine.
EFFECT: obtained heterodimer, where one of the first and the second polypeptides of the heterodimer contains α-domain of MHC of class II, and the other one of the first and the second polypeptides contains β-domain of MHC of class II, can be conjugated with a nanoparticle to form a heterodimer-nanoparticle conjugate and can be used for the regulation of an immune response and effective treatment of an autoimmune disease.
