SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry and photochemistry, namely to 2-((2-amino-6-((2-nitrobenzyl)oxy)-9H-purine-9-il)methoxy)ethanol, in which is the photolabile protective group.
EFFECT: an acyclovir derivative has been obtained that is able to control the release of the antiviral drug acyclovir under the action of UV radiation with a wavelength in the range of 300-340 nm, practically absent in the natural spectrum of sunlight, while no CO2 is formed during photolysis, which can be used for scientific research in the field of medicine.
