SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), wherein R1 is -CH(SO3H)OH, -CN or -C(O)XR3, where X is absent or denotes -O- or -CH2O-, R3 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, -PO3H2; m is 0 or 1; n is 0 or 1; A is -CH2- or -C(O)-; ring B is a phenyl, indolyl, 5-membered heteroaryl containing 1 or 2 heteroatoms independently selected from N; each R2 is independently selected from hydrogen, fluorine, phenyl, pyridyl, wherein R2 is optionally substituted with one O-(C1-C6 alkyl). Invention also relates to the use of a compound of formula (I) to inhibit the main protease of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.
EFFECT: creating the effective antiviral agent active as a high-specific inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus protease.
