FIELD: marking.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for the formation of undetectable optically identified marking invisible to the naked eye, and to a product formed of solid material, having undetectable optically identified marking. The specified method includes a stage of formation of a set of recesses at several levels inside the predetermined photoresist area, applied to an outer surface of the product formed of solid material. In this case, the specified set of recesses at several levels is formed by lithography in gray shades, where the specified one or several recesses at least partially pass through photoresist in the direction to the specified outer surface of the product formed of solid material. The method also includes a stage of using etching process in such a way that at least part of the outer surface of the specified product is available for exposure and etched so that to form a set of etched sections having variable depths, extending in the specified product at different levels from the outer surface of the product and corresponding to the specified set of recesses. In this case, the specified predetermined area of the specified photoresist defines identified marking applied to the outer surface of the specified product, where the specified set of etched sections forms optically unidentified marking on the outer surface of the specified product.
EFFECT: obtaining a method for marking solid materials.
