SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely dentistry, and is intended to measure the forces exerted by the tongue on adjacent anatomical structures of the oral cavity. The device consists of a dental mouthguard of the upper dentition, a dental mouthguard of the lower dentition, a power supply of the dental mouthguard of the upper dentition, a power supply of the dental mouthguard of the lower dentition, force sensors, a unit for collecting readings of sensors of the upper jaw, a unit for collecting readings of sensors of the lower jaw. The dental mouthguards of the upper and lower dental rows are fixed on the patient’s dentition. The force sensor readings are transmitted to the sensor data acquisition units of the upper and lower jaw mouthguards, which are powered by the batteries of the dental mouthguards of the upper and lower jaws.

EFFECT: use of the apparatus, due to its constructive implementation, makes it possible to expand the possibilities of differentiated registration of the forces exerted by the muscles of the tongue on adjacent anatomical structures of the oral cavity for a certain period of time, including during sleep.
