FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and makes it possible to increase the accuracy of maintaining angular velocity during testing and to expand the functionality of the method for mutual loading during testing of DC electric machines, namely, to regulate, stabilize or change the angular velocity and mechanical moment of loading the machines according to the program. The bench contains: 1 supply network; 2, 3 and 15 respectively the third, first and second controlled rectifiers; 4 motor excitation current setter; 5 voltage sensor; 6, 10 and 8 respectively the first, second and third current sensors; 7 and 14 excitation windings of the motor and generator, respectively; 9 and 12 armature windings of the motor and generator, respectively; 11 and 13 second and first controllers, respectively; 16 test mode setter; 17 data bus. The setting and regulation of the mechanical moment is carried out using feedback on the moment, which is calculated from the measured values of the currents of the armature winding 9 and the excitation winding 7 and the known design constant of the motor. The angular velocity is set and regulated using angular velocity feedbacks, which is calculated from the measured values of the output voltage and current of the third controlled thyristor rectifier 2 and the current of the armature winding 9 of the motor.

EFFECT: increase in accuracy and expansion of functionality, achieved by the fact that the test method provides for indirect measurement of mechanical moment and angular velocity and their automatic regulation using feedback and two controllers, the first of which changes the excitation current of the generator depending on the task signal and mechanical moment, and the second regulates the voltage at the output of the third controlled thyristor rectifier.
