FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is intended for testing DC electric machines and mechanical transmissions. The bench contains a power supply network; two thyristor controlled rectifiers; a third rectifier; a capacitor; setters of motor and generator excitation currents; the first and second transistor converters; the first and second current sensors; two DC electric machines with excitation windings; a reducer; a coupling; a multiplier; two controllers; an angular velocity sensor; a test mode setter. The expansion of functionality is achieved by the fact that the test provides for independent voltage regulation on the armature windings of each DC electric machine. In this case, the output voltage of the first transistor bridge converter determines the angular velocity, and the output voltage of the second transistor bridge converter determines the load moment. The voltages are regulated independently, therefore, the identity of the parameters of electric machines and mechanical transmissions is not required for testing.
EFFECT: possibility of testing two electric machines or two mechanical gears with different parameters.
