FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: washing device comprises loading and unloading trays, a bath with liquid and a driving drum installed in it. The drum is made out of a perforated strip rolled into cylinder coils interconnected along the longitudinal edges. The strip is bent along the bend lines arranged at an angle to its edges, herewith along the external and internal surfaces there formed are unidirectional screw lines and screw surfaces with the centres of curvature set within the drum, in the form of pockets of curvilinear shape. The pockets along the drum perimeter can differ not only by their shape but by their size as well. Also, the distance between the bend lines is equal to the sum of perimeter lengths of the geometric figures of the pockets on the internal and external surfaces.

EFFECT: use of invention will allow for the improvement of intensity and quality of loose material washing.
