FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for storing and transmitting the individual location and messaging. System comprises: A) a decentralised mesh network; B) blockchain, said blockchain constitutes an immutable blockchain system; and C) a computer apparatus functionally linked with the non-temporary computer-readable storage medium; said blockchain is linked with said decentralised mesh network; said decentralised mesh network has multiple nodes functionally linked with each other, and a full-mesh topology or a partial mesh topology; said computer apparatus exchanges data via said decentralised mesh network; said blockchain stores the individual location and emergency messages provided by the user; said decentralised mesh network distributes said individual location and said emergency messages; and said computer apparatus exchanges data via a wireless connection infrastructure or via a satellite communication infrastructure; said computer apparatus also exchanges data via a cellular network, said computer apparatus exchanges data via said decentralised mesh network when said wireless connection infrastructure and said cellular network are not available; said users send the corresponding emergency messages to the corresponding recipient using said computer apparatus via said decentralised mesh network when said users have assigned said recipient; said emergency message or said individual location can only be viewed by the corresponding recipient; and when said computer apparatus is within a low-quality connection via a satellite communication infrastructure network or a decentralised mesh network, said computer apparatus uses the pre-composed emergency messages assigned by the users; said pre-composed emergency messages are available for selection when the positional location is being distributed.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of distributing an emergency message.
