FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: power transmitter (101) for a system of wireless power transmission is proposed, containing transmitter coil (103) and exciter (201) generating an excitement signal for coil (103), using a repeating time frame with a time interval of power transmission and a time interval of lowered power, during which a power level of a power transmission signal is reduced. Exciter (201) generates an excitement signal for transmitter coil (103) in order to generate a power transmission signal. Communication device (205) receives messages from power receiver (105), and adapter (213) adapts synchronization characteristics of the time interval of lowered power in response to at least the reception of the first message from power receiver (105). Synchronizer (206) is made with the possibility of synchronization of foreign object detection and generation of a verification signal, which should occur during the time interval of lowered power.
EFFECT: increase in synchronization characteristics, for example the duration of a time interval of lowered power, as well as reduction in interference for additional operations, for example foreign object detection or communication.
